Real Estate Transaction Management & Compliance Team Full-time | 8 hours/day, 7 days/week 09:30 AM 06:30 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Management & Compliance Team to manage the full real estate transaction lifecycle and provide operational support to the sales and leadership teams.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain CRM records, leads, listings, and transaction dataMonitor lead flow and qualification status and ensure timely follow-upsCoordinate documentation, client communications, and transaction milestonesManage listing administration and transaction workflows from start to finishHandle invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and reconciliationPrepare reports and track operational KPIsIdentify and prevent revenue leakage by ensuring all transactions, commissions, and invoices are accurately recordedEnsure all required documents are collected, verified, and maintainedConduct transaction audits and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standardsSupport smooth and timely transaction closings

Requirements:Proven experience in Real Estate Transaction ManagementStrong background in Transaction Audit and ComplianceExperience managing the full transaction lifecycleProficiency with CRM systems and transaction management toolsExperience with invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reportingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesAbility to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading or working within a transaction management team is highly preferred

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTThe team must be capable of performing Transaction Audit and Compliance as part of their core responsibilities.

PLEASE NOTEThe client is not looking for individual VAs. They are seeking a dedicated team capable of replacing an existing 5-person Transaction Management department.
