Job Title: Intune Administrator

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise device management using Microsoft Intune. The role involves configuring device policies, application deployment, security baselines, and supporting end-user devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Manage device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles
• Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning
• Manage application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSI, Store apps)
• Implement and maintain security baselines, conditional access, and compliance policies
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, sync, and policy issues
• Support BYOD and corporate-owned devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS)
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Coordinate with Security and IAM teams for endpoint security controls
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs
• Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and requests

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of IT experience with strong focus on Intune
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Windows Autopilot
• Device management across:
• Windows 10/11
• iOS & Android
• macOS (basic to intermediate)
• Well versed with Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
• Application deployment and troubleshooting in Intune
• Good understanding of Conditional Access policies
• PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Defender for Endpoint
• M365 Administration
• ITIL process exposure
• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104 – preferred, not mandatory)
