We are planning a Walk-in Drive for the role of Technical Support and are looking for enthusiastic immediate joiners who are interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced support environment.

Role: Technical Support Executive

• freshers can apply if found quick leaner and excellent communication with SQL understanding

Key Responsibilities:

• deliver the KPI metricss
• handle volumes by email and call
• provide end to end solution for every case
• research or analyse the issues to find root causes and fix them immediately

Mandatory Expectations:

Hybrid work model Candidates should be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Fixed night shift Shift timings may be 6 PM / 9 PM

Must be willing to work on India and US holidays

Rotational weekly off

Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (90%+ occupancy)

Expected CTC aligned with the budget

Ready for a 1-year commitment clause

Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship skills
