Sr Dotnet Backend Developer

Experience: 5+ years

5+ years of experience in full-stack development using the Microsoft .NET Framework(4.8+). Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and WebAPI. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, and modifying stored procedures and triggers. Demonstrable experience with CSLA (Component-based Scalable Logical Architecture) or similar object persistence frameworks. Familiarity with integration technologies, specifically SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Experience with source control systems. Proven ability to analyze and understand large, complex legacy codebases. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Take a leading role in the knowledge transfer process to understand the application's architecture, its distinct modules, and multiple integrations. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including application bugs, performance problems, and integration failures. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features, minor enhancements, and bug fixes. Conduct supervised and, eventually, independent code changes, following established coding standards and deployment procedures. Maintain and enhance integrations with external systems using SSIS and WebAPIs. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project standards. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and system architecture. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, component interaction details, and deployment guides. Collaborate with the DBA to optimize stored procedures and database interactions. Work closely with the QA Analyst to ensure changes are thoroughly tested before release.
