Law Enforcement Coordination: Daily interaction with police stations, fire departments, and civic bodies (e.g., BMC) to manage security, safety, and compliance and handle critical incidents on-site.
This job profile includes Liaison, and manages relationships between developers and law enforcement/government agencies to ensure project security, legal compliance, and rapid emergency response. Would be responsible to handle FIR filings, secure site safety, and provide ground-level intelligence.
Key requirements typically include 7 to 15 + years of work experience in the field and knowledge of interactions within the Police force departments.
Law Enforcement Coordination: Daily interaction with police stations, fire departments, and civic bodies (e.g., BMC) to manage security, safety, and compliance and handle critical incidents on-site.
Legal and Statutory Compliance: Oversee work related to FIRs, manage charge sheets, and oversee regulatory approvals.
Ground Level Intelligence & Reporting: Should provide timely ground-level intelligence, report on site situations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:
1. Good Communication – Fluent in Marathi: Key to any successful liaison role is effective communication and ability of persuasion.
