Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnership Manager, located in Gurugram.

The Partnership

Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and executing account management strategies. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful collaboration to drive business objectives. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage and grow partnerships effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Partnership Management and Strategic Partnerships skills to build and nurture long-term collaborations.
• Excellent Account Management and Communication skills for maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple relationships.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in partnerships or account management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
