As a Static & Motion Graphic Designer, your role involves creating high-performing, conversion-focused creatives for paid media and digital channels. You will collaborate with Copywriters, Performance Marketers, Product Designers, and AI Engineers to bring campaign strategies to life through static and motion assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality static and motion creatives for paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Translate briefs into multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and iteration.
  • Apply platform best practices for design and compliance.
  • Design mobile-first, platform-native assets for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to iterate creatives based on data and feedback.
  • Utilize AI tools to speed up ideation and production processes.
  • Maintain creative hygiene, versioning, and documentation.

Skills & Experience:

  • 35 years experience in graphic design, motion design, or paid media creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy.
  • Performance mindset with a focus on conversion.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
