As a member of the Technology & Product team at Vajro, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative technology solutions and products that automate and reduce programming efforts for businesses and developers. Vajro's automated mobile app platform enables E-Commerce brands to create native Android & iOS apps instantly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Product Engineering:** You will be expected to be a quick learner and problem solver, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment where time to market is crucial.
- **Feature Ownership:** Own medium-to-complex features from technical design through completion.
- **Timely Delivery:** Deliver software on time, make accurate estimates, and meet those estimates.
- **Best Practices:** Insist on best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.
- **Reporting:** Proactively report on the progress of development, quality, operations, and system performance to stakeholders.
**Qualifications Required:**
- **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in developing large-scale cloud-native or enterprise-grade web applications using NodeJS and React.
- **Web Frameworks:** Strong understanding of modern web frameworks and the latest standards.
- **Database Management:** Extensive experience in developing scalable solutions using RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- **Coding Standards:** Passionate about writing clean, modular, secure, and unit-testable code.
- **API Design:** Experience in designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- **Version Control:** Proficient in using version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- **DevOps Practices:** Knowledge of CI/CD and other DevOps practices is an added advantage.
