L'opportunité

Highspring est à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) de projet pour piloter des initiatives technologiques d'envergure dans un environnement d'entreprise complexe.

Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme orchestrateur stratégique, assurant l'alignement entre les équipes TI et d'affaires tout en maximisant la valeur livrée dans un contexte Agile / SAFe.

Vos responsabilités

• Diriger et livrer des projets technologiques majeurs alignés sur les priorités d'affaires
• Optimiser l'allocation des ressources et assurer l'efficacité opérationnelle
• Identifier, gérer et atténuer de façon proactive les risques, enjeux et dépendances
• Produire des rapports exécutifs et adapter les communications selon les audiences
• Assurer l'alignement entre les équipes TI et d'affaires
• Agir comme agent de transformation et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques
• Mettre en place et maintenir une gouvernance de projet efficace
• Assurer la gestion des feuilles de route, échéanciers et jalons
• Planifier et séquencer les initiatives avec les parties prenantes
• Superviser la gestion budgétaire, les suivis financiers et les prévisions (RAFs)
• Gérer la planification de capacité et la prévisibilité des ressources
• Soutenir les équipes de livraison en assurant le respect des processus et standards
• Maintenir une documentation centralisée et à jour
• Animer les ateliers stratégiques et cérémonies agiles
• Assurer la cohérence des outils et systèmes de suivi (ex. Jira)
• Gérer les fournisseurs externes et les aspects contractuels
• Superviser la clôture des projets et la transition vers les opérations
• Assurer la conformité aux processus organisationnels (risques, cybersécurité, audits)

Votre profil

• Baccalauréat avec 7+ années d'expérience pertinente ou maîtrise avec 5+ années
• Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets d'envergure en entreprise
• Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d'initiatives complexes et multidisciplinaires
• Capacité à animer des ateliers et influencer des parties prenantes
• Expérience en environnement Agile ou SAFe

The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking a Project Director to lead large-scale digital and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

In this role, you will act as a strategic orchestrator, ensuring seamless alignment between business and technology teams while driving delivery excellence. You will play a key role in enabling transformation, optimizing delivery processes, and maximizing business value in an Agile / SAFe environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute large-scale technology initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Drive resource optimization and ensure efficient allocation across projects
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Produce executive-level reporting and adapt communication to various stakeholders
• Ensure strong alignment across business and IT teams for all project interdependencies
• Act as a transformation leader, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain project governance, including committees and escalation processes
• Maintain full visibility on project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate sequencing of initiatives into deliverable phases with key stakeholders
• Oversee budget tracking, forecasting (RAFs), and financial governance
• Monitor and manage project capacity planning and resource forecasting
• Support delivery teams by ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and timelines
• Drive project documentation, ensuring centralized and up-to-date information
• Lead key ceremonies and strategic workshops (PI planning, kick-offs, governance reviews)
• Ensure alignment of tools, tracking systems, and reporting structures (e.g., Jira)
• Manage vendor relationships, including invoicing and performance oversight
• Coordinate project closure activities, including retrospectives and operational handover
• Ensure compliance with enterprise processes (risk, cybersecurity, audit requirements)

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading large-scale projects in enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to lead workshops, coach teams, and influence stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
