Job Title: Data Recovery Technician - Full Time

Location : Permanent Work From Home, reporting to Melbourne Office.

Job Type : Full-Time, 5am to 2pm IST - Monday to Friday

Payou t: Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 1,50,000 per month + Performance based Incentives

We are expanding into advanced data recovery services . Our lab and hardware (including PC-3000 systems) are based in Melbourne, while our technical operations are supported remotely.

We are looking for an experienced Data Recovery Expert who can remotely operate recovery tools and guide onsite technicians.

You will remotely access our Melbourne-based systems and perform advanced data recovery tasks , working closely with onsite staff who handle physical drive connections.

This is a hands-on technical role , requiring deep expertise in tools like MRT or PC-3000 and experience in recovering data from failed storage devices.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform remote data recovery using tools like MRT or PC-3000
• Diagnose HDD/SSD failures (logical & firmware-level issues)
• Guide onsite technicians in Melbourne for drive mounting and handling
• Execute recovery procedures via remote access (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
• Handle cases like: Corrupted drives, Firmware issues, Bad sectors, RAID recovery
• Maintain documentation of recovery processes and outcomes
• Ensure high success rate and data integrity

Required:

• 7+ years hands-on data recovery experience (not just software tools).
• Strong expertise in: MRT or PC-3000 (ACE Lab tools), HDD & SSD recovery techniques, File systems (NTFS, FAT, exFAT, APFS, etc.)
• Experience with firmware-level recovery (highly preferred)
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with non-technical staff
• Familiarity with tools like: TeamViewer / AnyDesk
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in RAID/NAS recovery

• Candidates with only basic recovery tool experience.
