Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 4 days WFO & 1 day WFH

Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented IT Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of technology products and services. This role is responsible for optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and aligning IT purchases with business goals. The position will work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives and will operate during US Eastern Time (ET) hours.

Job Description

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for hardware, software, cloud services, and IT consulting
• Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and budget alignment
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
• Lead RFP/RFI processes and evaluate vendor proposals
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with IT products, licensing models, and vendor ecosystems
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours
