Role Overview:
As a Lead Human Resources- US Operations at V2Soft, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and administering benefits programs. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and collaborating with management to nurture a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information
- Excellent knowledge and experience in HR Policies, Practices, Compensation & Benefits, Office administration, I9, Background/Drug checks, Employee Sign-up, Exit Interview etc.
- Experience developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures
- Preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures
- Performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment
- Annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness
- Maintaining affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually
- Maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
- Provide HR support for immigration activities (policies and practices, contracts review, visa & immigration support, and coordination)
- Experience handling Employee issues and resolving the same
- Experience in contracts administration, Immigration and VISA processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Preferred a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
