Civil Engineer/ Engineer - Finishing

V Raheja Realty a reputed developer in Real Estate Industry since 50 yrs, require young and dynamic professionals for various upcoming projects in Western suburbs, Mumbai.

The Specific requirements are as follows.

Civil Engineers

Location: Preferred Candidates from Western Suburbs

Qualification : BE (Civil ) / Dip. CE

Experience : 8+ yrs

Experience preferred :

• 8+ years of relevant experience with reputed builders in Mumbai
• Worked at high rise residential project.
• Piling work.
• RCC, Masonary, Plaster, Waterproofing and other civil work.
• Worked with mivan shuttering preferred.
• Drawing study and execution accordingly.
• Preparing daily reports about work, labour etc.
• Coordinating with senior staff, contractors, vendors for various activities.
• Day to day planning, execution & inspection of work.
• Assuring material and work quality at site.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at site on day to day basis.
• Keeping records of inward and issued materials.
• Candidate must reside and have experience of work in Mumbai

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Experience: 8+ years in high-end finishing projects
• Education: Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Comprehensive experience in structural and finishing works.
• Experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing , and handing over of works.
• Strong Finishing background.
• Knowledge of reading drawings and schematics.
• Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
• Excellent Communication Skills
