Deputy Manager - Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Assistance on adherence of compliance of various critical RBI guidelines/ Regulatory guidelines such as IRAC Norms/ Current Account- needs for discipline, Interoffice accounts, Master Direction on KYC guidelines, Digital Loan and Digital Deposit accounts, etc.
• Conduct compliance risk reviews and provide guidance for risk assessment in various business areas and evaluate effectiveness of internal control system. Testing, monitoring and investigations related to banking compliance.
• Co-ordination with the departments and collate all data to check the control points.
• Assisting in RBS inspection of RBI and co- ordinating with various internal departments for data submission to the regulators.
• Co-ordinating with various departments for closing RBS Tranche I, II, III points.
• Checking the failed-points with the stake-holder departments, preparing the recommendations and publishing the testing reports with the consent of CCO.
• Co-ordination and follow-up with stake-holder departments for ATRs emanating from Compliance testing and/ or from any other forum.
• Assistance on adherence of compliance of various critical RBI guidelines/ Regulatory guidelines such as IRAC Norms/ Current Account- needs for discipline, Interoffice accounts, Master Direction on KYC guidelines, Digital Loan and Digital Deposit accounts.
• Ensuring timely reporting of all functions as per RBI & Statutory requirements
• Provide support / guidance to internal departments in areas of compliance with regulatory guidelines, dissemination of circulars issued by various regulators, etc.
• Creation of Task in TASC+ application and tracking thereof until closure of the same, Reviewing Regulatory Circulars as an when required.
• Preparation of Draft email for dissemination to the departments.
