We are seeking a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and team leadership

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to the BFSI domain
- Proven experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and client handling

- Good understanding of BFSI skill sets and hiring landscape
