Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP FICO
• Configure SAP FI/CO modules based on business and functional requirements
• Work on core finance areas including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects
• Support UAT and help identify issues in business processes, documentation, and system functionality
• Work closely with ABAP/development teams to translate custom requirements into technical solutions
• Support testing of SAP developments and validate delivered solutions
• Ensure proper integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PS
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
• Support local and global teams in functional design, configuration changes, and testing activities
• Contribute to project documentation, implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
• At least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• SAP FICO
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
• Asset Accounting
• Good understanding of:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration
• Experience in writing Functional Specifications
• Experience in preparing Test Scripts
• Good knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, and PS
• Good understanding of SAP project implementations, integrations, and finance peripheral applications
• Strong experience in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and documentation

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP Central Finance
• Strong understanding of finance business processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and administer functional specifications
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
