Role Overview :
The Head of People will be responsible for building and strengthening the organization at a senior level. This role focuses on strategic hiring, culture building, organizational structuring, and driving performance management systems across the company. The individual will play a key role in aligning people practices with the founders' vision and ensuring sustainable organizational growth.
Strategic Hiring & Talent Management :
- Lead and oversee hiring at the HO (Head Office) level
- Ensure hiring of the right talent for the right roles across the organization
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Guide and manage store-level HR hiring teams
Organizational Development :
- Design and build the overall organizational structure
- Create efficient team structures aligned with business goals
- Drive internal team development initiatives
Culture Building :
- Embed and propagate founders' values across the organization
- Lead culture-building initiatives
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement programs
Compensation & Cost Management :
- Monitor and control HO-level Cost of Labor (%)
- Ensure optimal workforce cost management
Performance Management :
- Lead PMS implementation and execution
- Ensure effective performance tracking across teams
Employee Engagement & Retention :
- Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and improve retention
- Strengthen employee engagement across all levels
Learning & Development :
- Identify training needs and bring in external trainers
- Drive regular training and capability-building programs
Individual Development Planning (IDP) :
- Oversee IDP processes for employee growth and career progression
