Head - Human Resource/Head of People - FMCG/Hospitality

Role Overview :

The Head of People will be responsible for building and strengthening the organization at a senior level. This role focuses on strategic hiring, culture building, organizational structuring, and driving performance management systems across the company. The individual will play a key role in aligning people practices with the founders' vision and ensuring sustainable organizational growth.

Strategic Hiring & Talent Management :

• Lead and oversee hiring at the HO (Head Office) level
• Ensure hiring of the right talent for the right roles across the organization
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
• Guide and manage store-level HR hiring teams

Organizational Development :

• Design and build the overall organizational structure
• Create efficient team structures aligned with business goals
• Drive internal team development initiatives

Culture Building :

• Embed and propagate founders' values across the organization
• Lead culture-building initiatives
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement programs

Compensation & Cost Management :

• Monitor and control HO-level Cost of Labor (%)
• Ensure optimal workforce cost management

Performance Management :

• Lead PMS implementation and execution
• Ensure effective performance tracking across teams

Employee Engagement & Retention :

• Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and improve retention
• Strengthen employee engagement across all levels

Learning & Development :

• Identify training needs and bring in external trainers
• Drive regular training and capability-building programs

Individual Development Planning (IDP) :

• Oversee IDP processes for employee growth and career progression
