Job Family: Data Science & Analysis Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do: The Data Scientist SME will support an Intelligence Community client with advanced analytics efforts to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will guide the development of predictive models, analytical methodologies, and data-driven solutions, while shaping analytical strategy and advising stakeholders on optimal approaches. The SME will serve as a trusted expert, translating business needs into analytical opportunities and ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes across projects. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph Bachelor's Degree SIX (6)+ years' of experience delivering or consulting on data solutions related to data science, advanced data analysis, or AI/ML Experience as a data consultant or serving in a technical solutions' advisory capacity, translating critical capability needs for customers and recommending a particular technical solution, methodology/process, or tool Practical experience with data visualization tools and building analytical dashboards for clients Experience with Python and using Python or other programming languages to integrate disparate data What Would Be Nice To Have: Master's Degree preferred Experience working as a data SME or consultant for major Federal programs Experience with U.S. intelligence agency systems, particularly related to software, data, or AI Understanding of AI frameworks/methodologies What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
