Human Resources Specialist The Human Resources Specialist position is located in the U.S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Office of Human Capital, Executive Resources staff. The ER staff manages & provides Department-wide HR policy oversight of the Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Schedule C, & Presidential appointments in the areas of ER policy, SES/SL allocations, position management/classification, staffing/recruitment, performance management/compensation, & executive development.
