About the Project

URstore is a leading Custom Clothing SaaS Co. offering quick response "Print-on-Demand" solutions. We are currently modifying our Online Store / Shop (SaaS) services and are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the wireframing phase to send to our development team.

The goal is to combine 2 of our current services, creating a singular seamless, intuitive experience for users to launch, manage, and scale their own online store. You will be responsible for taking our existing user journey concepts and transforming them into a professional, conversion-optimized digital product.

Scope of Work

• User Flow Documentation: Audit our existing journey and create formal flowcharts for the "Store Creator" and "Customer Checkout" experiences.
• Wireframing (Low to High Fidelity): Develop comprehensive wireframes in Figma for mobile and desktop, focusing on:
• The Onboarding/Store Creation.
• The Merchant Dashboard (Product management and analytics).
• The Consumer Storefront (UX/UI for the end-buyer).
• Collaboration: Work with our leadership team to iterate on feedback and ensure technical feasibility for development.

Requirements

• Portfolio: Previous SaaS, Dashboard, or E-commerce design work.
• Tooling: Good proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping).
• Local Context: Based in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) for local context and occasional in-person collaboration.
• Mindset: A strong understanding of conversion-centered design and a "mobile-first" approach.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take a conceptual journey and ask the right questions to fill in the UX gaps.
