Auto CAD/3D Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a 3D Architect / Architectural Visualizer who has strong skills in 3D

design, spatial understanding, and realistic visualization.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring ideas to life visually, while ensuring designs are

practical and aligned with real-world applications.

Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural 3D design / visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations. Develop realistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion / Blender. Convert concepts into clear, visually compelling 3D outputs. Assist in creating supporting 2D drawings (AutoCAD) when required Ensure designs are practical and aligned with real-world execution. Maintain clean, structured, and professional file organization.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in 3D modelling and visualization. Good understanding of architecture, space, and structure. Ability to visualize and present ideas realistically. Attention to detail, lighting, materials, and composition. Practical thinking (not just visual design).

Software Knowledge:

Rhino or Maya or Similar (3D modelling) Lumion (Rendering / Walkthroughs) Blender (Visualization / Detailing) AutoCAD (Architect – for basic drawings) Video editing (for walkthroughs, reels, presentations)

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory) Share:

3D architectural models Rendered visuals (Lumion / Blender) Walkthrough videos
