Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Collaboration Associate, based in Pune Division. The associate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote UrbanGabru's brand and products. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies.

The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners
• Sales and Marketing skills to negotiate partnerships and support successful campaign execution
• Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
