Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our outlet team. The role involves serving customers, handling billing operations, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
• Take orders accurately and serve milkshakes, ice creams, and other items
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store as per standards
• Ensure proper display and stocking of products and ingredients
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely
• Upsell and promote ongoing offers or combos
• Manage daily opening and closing tasks of the outlet
• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Prior experience in retail / food service is preferred
• Basic understanding of POS or willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to handle customers professionally
