We are building a next-generation virtual office platform that enables teams to collaborate inside immersive, real-time digital workspaces. We combine live presence, interactive environments, and AI-powered assistance to make remote work feel natural, engaging, and highly productive. We are redefining how people experience work online — moving beyond traditional video conferencing into dynamic, multiplayer-style collaboration spaces where teams can think, create, and connect in real time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling core product experiences across the platform.

You will:

• Design and develop end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems
• Build real-time, interactive experiences including virtual rooms, avatars, live presence, and synchronized user state
• Translate product requirements and PRDs into scalable, production-ready technical solutions
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express
• Implement real-time communication using WebSockets and Colyseus
• Integrate AI capabilities using LLMs such as OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, and Mistral
• Build intelligent workflows, assistants, and in-product automation
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user/session management
• Optimize platform performance for high-concurrency and low-latency use cases
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in modern web development.

You bring:

• Strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with modern open-source frameworks: React, Next.js/Vite, Node.js, Express, WebSockets, Colyseus
• Experience working with AI and LLM tooling such as: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, HuggingFace Transformers
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as: LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Proven experience developing real-time, low-latency web applications
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization
• Ability to take ownership from idea → implementation → production

Additional Experience:

• Frontend performance optimization using open-source tooling
• Backend architecture using open-source scalable systems
• Real-time media pipelines for video, audio, and screen sharing
• Experience in game development, multiplayer systems, or interactive simulations
• Experience with real-time movement, rendering loops, or virtual environments
• Experience with video and audio streaming technologies
