Location: Kharadi, Pune Shift Time: 12 PM to 9 PM/3 PM-12 AM Job Summary: As "Manager – Marketing Communications" in a GBS (Global Business Services) context your will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Marketing team within a GCC setup at Pune, India. You will be accountable to ensure the smooth operation of the center, leading teams, and driving improvements in processes and service delivery. Structure, implement, and manage the Marketing Communications team, ensuring governance, standardization, prioritization, and efficient execution of strategic marketing initiatives in the agribusiness sector.
You as a professional will be responsible for establishing processes, methodologies, and tools that optimize and promote collaboration among teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Localization: Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies tailored as per the markets, aligning with global regions, adapting to local cultural nuances.
- Develop and implement GCC marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor performance and manage risk mitigation strategies for onsite team.
- Implementing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Brand Stewardship & Consistency: Act as the gatekeeper of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms, including social media, web, and print, adhering to centralized governance policies.
- Develop case stories, impact notes, testimonials, and program explainers.
- Content & Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end creation of content (thought leadership articles, newsletters, white papers, social media content) created by the team and digital lead-nurturing programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary liaison between local commercial teams and global marketing functions, navigating complex, matrix structures.
- Performance Analysis & Budgeting: Track key metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign ROI, reporting performance to senior management, and manage the regional marketing budget efficiently.
- Establish and create SOPs, and control frameworks for the process.
- Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing
- Monitoring progress and adjusting as per situation and need.
