Leasing Agent / Realtor – Uphaus (Vancouver)

Uphaus is a growing platform focused on modern rental housing, investor services, and high-quality leasing across Vancouver. We are currently seeking two driven, sales-focused Leasing Agents / Realtors to join our Vancouver team.

This is an Independent Contractor role suited for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and want access to strong inbound lead flow with real earning potential.

About the Role

You will be working with an active portfolio of rental listings, focusing on tenant placement and revenue growth. This is not a property management role, it is a pure sales position with opportunities to upsell additional services and grow your own book of business.

You will:

• Respond to and convert inbound leads (owners and tenants)
• Show high-quality rental properties across Vancouver
• Secure new listings and grow inventory
• Upsell additional services including property management solutions
• Build long-term client relationships

What You Bring

• Active BC real estate trading or property management license
• Proven sales track record, you know how to close
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Highly self-motivated with a business development mindset
• Comfortable with cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building
• Tech-savvy, including social media and CRM tools
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between appointments
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads
• Generating new business through outbound efforts
• Bringing on and marketing rental listings
• Conducting showings and securing lease agreements
• Meeting monthly targets for listings and revenue
• Delivering a strong client experience that drives repeat and referral business

Compensation

• Fully commission-based
• First-year earnings: $75,000 to $95,000+
• Experienced agents: $130,000+ annually
