In this dynamic role, we are looking for a Software Engineer II who will design, build, and configure high-quality software solutions utilizing your expertise in C#/.NET and AWS. You will work within a collaborative agile team to deliver scalable and reliable applications that align with our key business objectives.

General Summary:

As a Software Engineer II, you will independently handle the design, development, and maintenance of both new and existing software features. Your contributions will involve solution design, feature estimation, and the enforcement of engineering standards through testing and continuous integration.

In addition to your development work, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, influence technical decisions, and play a vital role in delivering impactful business solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in REACT, C#, and AWS.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Proven ability to create and maintain thorough documentation including architecture, design, and troubleshooting guides.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A meticulous, logical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and drive system optimizations.
• Commitment to quality delivery and an exceptional user experience; holds oneself to high delivery standards.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with diverse individuals across various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate, design, implement, and maintain new and existing software features using C#/.NET, React, and AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and UX designers to ensure software adheres to business requirements and user needs.
• Develop, code, configure, and document software deliverables in line with industry standards.
• Engage in code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to promote team growth and improvement.
• Ensure high software quality through manual and automated testing using continuous integration methods.
• Provide daily updates on progress during standup meetings, addressing any blockers promptly.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects, collaborating with Test Engineers to ensure software meets quality benchmarks.
• Oversee the transition of software features into production while meeting performance and release criteria.
• Automate testing processes to ensure high-quality application delivery and streamline regression testing.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and ensure alignment with company architecture.
