Project Description

We are looking for a senior product designer to improve the user experience and visual design of our B2B desktop application. We have a functional beta version, but need professional polish before the public launch.

What we need:

UX Audit & Improvements

Review current onboarding flow and identify friction points

Optimize navigation and information architecture

Improve overall user experience

UI Polish

Modern, clean interface design

Consistent component library (buttons, modals, forms, navigation)

Light/dark mode support

Micro-interactions and loading states

Design System

Create scalable design system in Figma

Component variants, spacing, typography, color palette

Handoff-ready files with documentation for developers

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience

Strong portfolio with desktop applications (SaaS, productivity tools, collaboration software) – please check freelancer portfolios on their profiles

Experience designing for both macOS and Windows (understanding of Human Interface Guidelines + Fluent Design)

Proficiency in Figma

Ability to work directly with developers (React, Electron)

Budget & Timeline

Fixed price: $10,000

Timeline: 4–6 weeks

Payment via PPH escrow (milestones can be arranged)
