Sales & Marketing Manager – Electrical Projects A results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for driving business growth in electrical projects such as panel building, infrastructure, and MEP works. The role focuses on securing high-value contracts through strategic networking, technical expertise, and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in electrical contracting and infrastructure projects.
• Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Electrical Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and Developers.
• Proposal & Tender Management: Handle end-to-end RFQ processes, including technical evaluation, cost estimation, and techno-commercial negotiations.
• Marketing Strategy: Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop effective sales and positioning strategies for electrical products and solutions.
• Key Account Management: Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
• Sales Operations & Collections: Track sales performance, meet revenue targets, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales/marketing of electrical project, switchgear, or industrial/infrastructure projects.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, project execution, and tendering processes.
• Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership: Proven experience in handling and guiding a sales team.

Job Types: Permanent, Volunteer, Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
