Ideal Candidate Background

UnityTec is seeking entry‑level Data Analysts with prior logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience. Candidates who have worked in environments such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx,, distribution centers, shipping/receiving, forklift operations, and inventory control will excel in this role. Experience understanding workflow, inventory movement, throughput, and operational efficiency translates directly into the analytical work performed on our projects. Basic Job Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen able to pass a background check. This role is only open to United States Citizens.
• Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree program or higher at an accredited university.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Basic Job Duties:

• Conduct research projects and perform data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite and other systems/apps.
• Evaluate business processes to identify performance gaps, assess operational risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen overall efficiency.
• Analyze production and operational activities to recommend ways to reduce waste, improve throughput, and support audit readiness.
• Build and update essential documentation such as process maps, SOPs, internal controls, and POAMs to support project and compliance requirements.
• Support project managers by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and helping drive project goals in a client‑facing environment.
• Travel to client sites worldwide to support hands‑on project execution and ensure operational objectives are met.
