Senior Home Security & Surveillance Technician

GTA & Hamilton | High Volume | Performance-Based

We are a growing Canadian-owned security company expanding rapidly across the GTA & Hamilton.

We are not hiring entry-level installers.

We are hiring experienced technicians who can complete clean, efficient installs without supervision.

If you need training on basic alarm wiring, this is not the role for you.

Compensation

$150–$200 per completed installation

1-4 installs per day expected

5–6 days of available work

Realistic earning range: $1,500–$2,500+ per week

Compensation is performance-based.

Higher output = higher earnings.

Paid weekly.

Systems You Must Already Be Comfortable With:

Honeywell Home Pro Series (programming + troubleshooting)

NVR-based surveillance systems (not cloud-only systems)

PTZ camera setup & configuration

Hardwired & wireless sensors

Low-voltage structured wiring

Z-Wave automation integration

MyQ garage integration (asset)

You must be able to:

Run clean attic and wall drops

Terminate wiring properly

Program systems without technical support

Deliver a confident client walkthrough

Performance Expectations

Clean cable management (no exposed sloppy runs)

Minimal call-backs

Ability to complete 2 installs daily when scheduled

Professional communication with clients

Proper documentation of every job

Low-quality workmanship or repeated call-backs will not be tolerated.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years alarm installation experience

Proven NVR & camera installation history

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle

Tools required for full install capability

Growth Opportunity

We are expanding quickly. Lead tech and management roles will be available for technicians who demonstrate consistency and leadership.
