Field Technician for Equipment Support

Located in Halifax, you will be responsible for handling service requests, guiding technicians, and ensuring all repairs meet high standards.

This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to training and mentoring. Adaptability to variable shifts and collaboration across teams is essential to ensure a dependable service. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily service work orders across varied sites
• Train technicians and subcontractors in troubleshooting techniques
• Maintain data integrity in service management systems
• Back-up equipment management during absences
• Provide real-time technical support as needed Requirements:
• Technical certification or 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in servicing propane-powered small engines
• Solid experience with training and quality control
• Valid Driver’s License required
