Job Title: Marketing Manager - Americas
Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager – Americas, is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across the Americas while contributing to global marketing initiatives. This role leads Exton marketing planning, including campaigns, trade shows, product launches, digital marketing, website management, content development, sales enablement, and customer communications. The position oversees brand consistency, messaging strategy, and marketing performance measurement, ensuring all initiatives align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
This role partners closely with sales, leadership, global stakeholders, and third-party vendors to drive collaboration, improve operational effectiveness, and support United Safety’s company goals.
Responsibilities: As the Marketing Manager – Americas, you will:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Americas in alignment with business objectives, sales priorities, product focus areas, and growth targets.
- Lead marketing planning for the Americas, including campaigns, trade shows, product launches, digital marketing, content, sales enablement, and customer communications.
- Oversee trade show strategy for the Americas, including event selection, messaging, booth presence, lead capture, follow-up processes, and ROI tracking.
- Ensure marketing activities are tied to measurable outcomes, including lead generation, Salesforce attribution, campaign performance, website engagement, and sales support impact.
- Manage the marketing budget in the Americas and prioritize resources based on business impact.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, messaging frameworks, visual guidelines, campaign templates, and marketing best practices according to global marketing standards.
- Support global marketing initiatives such as website strategy, brand architecture, corporate messaging, product positioning, and shared sales enablement tools.
- Influence global marketing execution through collaboration, leadership, and shared standards rather than formal reporting authority.
- Oversee the company’s website strategy.
- Support global messaging development for corporate, product, industry, and campaign-level communications.
- Guide the development of sales collateral, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, videos, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
- Ensure all marketing content supports United Safety’s positioning as a global safety and survivability company.
- Maintain consistency across brand voice, visual identity, product messaging, and customer communications.
- Manage and develop the Americas marketing team, including design, coordination, administrative, digital, content, and event support roles.
- Set priorities, assign projects and ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work.
- Create structure, accountability, and repeatable workflows for marketing requests, creative development, trade shows, digital updates, and campaign execution in the Americas.
- Mentor team members and help build capabilities in project management, brand execution, content development, and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with global & regional stakeholders to reduce duplicated effort.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans that support business goals and objectives.
- Identify appropriate metrics and provide performance tracking for performance in the Americas.
- Communicate marketing initiatives across divisions, stakeholders, and third-party partners on a regular basis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage all social media outreach
- Design and coordinate email campaigns.
- Manage mass-mail materials for internal and external purposes.
- Coordinate press release development and media outreach.
- Content creation and management across platforms to support the Americas.
- Support company website to ensure accuracy of product offerings and relevance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You’re a great fit for this position if this describes you;
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or related business field.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Competency as a creative copy writer.
- An eye for design and ability to use design programs to implement marketing programs across platforms (InDesign, PhotoShop, Canva, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, professionalism, and diplomacy in producing error-free documents and interacting with diverse audiences.
- Superior presentation skills.
- Able to effectively track and report processes, techniques and technologies.
- Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand the customer base.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing, both paid and organic.
- Experience with web and social analytics measurement and reporting, and a strong understanding of such platforms as HootSuite, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
- Previous work CRM’s such as but not limited to: SharpSpring and Salesforce.
- Proficient in computer software for MS Applications is required; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel domestically up to 20% as needed.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not necessary.
- Industry knowledge of Mass Transit, First Responder, Military, Rail and Locomotive and Fire Suppression Industries is a plus but not necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and ability finish assignments with minimal supervision.
- Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment, while responding to change favorably and quickly.

- Understanding that you are part of a growing company, you have no concerns with and able to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays to support that growth.
