Security Guard – Healthcare Sites (Sunshine Coast & Powell River)

Unison Security is currently hiring licensed security guards for healthcare sites across the Sunshine Coast and Powell River region.

These are active environments that require a strong, professional presence. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, alert, and capable of handling dynamic situations while maintaining a calm and respectful approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain a visible security presence at healthcare facilities
• Conduct regular patrols (interior and exterior)
• Monitor and control access points
• Respond to incidents and support staff when required
• Ensure a safe, calm, and controlled environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid BC Healthcare Security Worker License
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Physically capable and able to remain active throughout the shift
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Also Required:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare security
• First Aid / CPR certification
