Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sampling Merchandiser, located in Delhi, India.

The Sampling

Merchandiser will coordinate with design teams to develop new samples, ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, and liaise with clients to understand their sample requirements. The role also involves managing inventory related to samples and providing feedback to improve designs and production processes. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align sampling efforts with customer and market trends will also be critical.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Retail environments, with a focus on engaging customers and driving product interest
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies to align samples with market trends and business goals
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
• Prior experience in manufacturing, merchandising, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
