Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all loss prevention initiatives and policies
• Train store personnel on loss prevention procedures
• Detect and apprehend shoplifters per regulations
• Utilize CCTV and inventory technology for monitoring
• Communicate regularly with LP team and store staff

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in Loss Prevention roles
• Strong understanding of federal and provincial laws
• Proven experience with investigative processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
