Full Stack Developer (3+ Years)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our tech team, with strong experience across both backend and frontend development. You’ll build scalable backend services and user-facing web applications, while closely collaborating with our dedicated DevOps team for infrastructure and deployments. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy owning features end-to-end in an agile, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

● Write clean, efficient, and secure backend code using Node.js.

● Build and integrate backend services and microservices with proper error handling.

● Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and business logic.

● Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Frontend Development

● Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React or Vue.js.

● Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.

● Work closely with designers to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.

● Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

● Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.

Database Management

● Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, and MongoDB.

● Write and optimize queries, indexes, and data models.

● Ensure data integrity and performance in collaboration with backend services.

Collaboration & Production Support

● Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features smoothly.

● Support deployments and production releases in coordination with the DevOps team.

● Troubleshoot application-level production issues and participate in root cause analysis.

● Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

● Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.

● Solid experience with React or Vue.js for frontend development.

● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).

● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

● Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) from an application perspective.

● Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows.

● Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and security fundamentals.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
