Job Title: Chess Teacher (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled Chess Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching both children and adults, with strong communication skills and a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive chess sessions for students (kids & adults)
• Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, and advanced concepts
• Adapt teaching methods based on student level and learning pace
• Manage multiple sessions across different time slots
• Provide feedback and track student progress

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience teaching chess
• Strong knowledge of chess (openings, middle game, endgame strategies)
• Experience working with children and adults
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection
• Availability for multiple shifts (flexible timing)
• Immediate or long-term availability

Compensation

• Paid per session: ₹250 – ₹500
• Demo session: Unpaid
