We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.</p> <p>Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Field CTO / Head of Technical Evangelism</strong> to lead technical conversations in enterprise sales cycles and build a world-class evangelism function.</p> <p>This is a front-line, revenue-driving leadership role.</p> <p>You will serve as the technical authority in early-stage customer conversations, translate architecture into business value, and build a team of evangelists who can scale our message across regions and industries.</p> <p>You must be equally comfortable speaking with CIOs and whiteboarding architecture for engineering teams.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h4> <h4>Lead Technical Strategy in Enterprise Sales</h4> <ul> <li>Join intro and discovery calls with enterprise prospects</li> <li>Own architecture and technical validation discussions</li> <li>Translate Unframe’s building block architecture into customer-specific solutions</li> <li>Address technical objections&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Evangelize Unframe Externally</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Represent Unframe at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events</li> <li>Deliver compelling technical presentations and live architecture sessions</li> <li>Build repeatable demo narratives tailored by vertical and persona</li> <li>Create thought leadership content (talks, workshops, articles)</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Build and Lead the Evangelism Function</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Hire, train, and manage a team of Technical Evangelists</li> <li>Develop standardized:</li> <ul> <li>Technical pitch frameworks</li> <li>Demo flows</li> <li>Objection-handling playbooks</li> <li>Verticalized narratives</li> </ul> <li>Create consistency and excellence across field technical engagements</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Partner Cross-Functionally</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with Sales on deal strategy</li> <li>Provide structured field feedback to Product</li> <li>Help refine positioning against consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks</li> </ul> <h4>What Success Looks Like (12 Months)</h4> <ul> <li>A repeatable, differentiated technical narrative across the field</li> <li>Increased win rates in technically complex deals</li> <li>A high-performing evangelism team supporting multiple regions</li> <li>Strong executive trust with CIO/CTO-level buyers</li> <li>Clear positioning in competitive enterprise AI environments</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Senior technical leader with deep enterprise AI experience and significant customer-facing exposure (Field CTO, VP Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or equivalent).</li> <li>Deep knowledge of:</li> <ul> <li>LLM architectures</li> <li>AI orchestration frameworks</li> <li>Enterprise integrations</li> <li>Security and deployment models</li> </ul> <li>Experienced in enterprise sales cycles&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong team builder with experience hiring and leading technical talent</li> <li>Exceptional communicator who simplifies complexity without losing credibility</li> <li>Public speaking or published technical thought leadership</li> <li>Experience in data-intensive industries (financial services, real estate, enterprise services)</li> <li>Experience building technical enablement programs</li> </ul> <p>You think commercially.
