About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and chat. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers by resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and chatAssist customers with order-related queries, payments, and post-purchase supportCoordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolutionMaintain accurate records of all customer interactionsEnsure high service quality and timely responses
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar roleGood communication skills in Hindi & EnglishBasic knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment
