Key Responsibilities:
- Receive projects for processing backend work from various functions and Industries.
- Review project details to ensure information readiness for processing and determine further hand-off to subsequent function/processes.
- Analyze data post certification for discrepancies and proactively communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues within projects.
- Document project status while processing backend work.
- Attend to emails from stakeholders promptly, seeking guidance from leadership to resolve issues requiring additional assistance.
- Support Business Transformation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency.
- Follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and adhere to physical and digital security practices.
Qualifications Required:
- 12 years of working experience in a similar role; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Word, and strong keyboard skills.
- Intermediate English skills (region-based), excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpretation skills.
- IT/computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good typing skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive day-to-day tasks without compromising quality.
