Officer-Housing Loan Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process housing loan applications from receipt to disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct thorough credit checks on borrowers' financial statements, income documents, and other relevant data.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the bank's loan management system (LMS) and perform regular reconciliations as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to borrower queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in banking operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting operations, ledger accounting, loan processing, loan operations, MIS reporting, and mis operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
