We are seeking a Proposal Writer who can articulate this vision compellingly. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our sales, solutions, and delivery teams, translating complex agentic automation capabilities into clear, persuasive, and high-quality proposals. You will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop accurate and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, technical questionnaires, and other due diligence requests. Partner closely with Sales Engineers and Account executive teams to understand the opportunity context and ensure responses align with the deal strategy and customer requirements.

Act as a central coordinator for proposal responses, engaging subject matter experts and specialized functions across the organization including Product, Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Manage the proposal response process end-to-end, setting expectations with contributors, tracking inputs, and ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Maintain and continuously improve the RFX knowledge repository, contributing reusable and standardized content aligned with product updates and platform releases.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years' overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in Proposals or relevant presales roles.

Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively about technical products – prior exposure to software or intelligent automation is a plus.

Experience working with proposal management tools, knowledge bases, or documentation systems is considered a plus.

Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

Solid understanding of enterprise software environments and modern technology landscapes, with interest in areas such as automation, AI, and enterprise platforms.

Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus.
