Role Overview:

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and build long-term value. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage partners across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to support business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop partnership strategies to expand reach and increase revenue.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing partner performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
