Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage reimbursement/expense reports.
- Perform account reconciliation and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Support the sales team by tracking customer orders and ensuring timely follow-up on post-sales processes.
- Communicate with overseas colleagues (China) when needed, occasionally outside regular business hours due to time differences.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide leadership and management support for store operations.
- Handle unexpected issues and actively seek effective solutions.
- Assist management with administrative, financial, and sales-related tasks.
- *Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Education or work experience in **Finance/Accounting** is required.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online** is a strong asset.
- Strong **multi-tasking** and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in **English** (spoken and written).
- Must be able to communicate in **Mandarin Chinese**.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a store or team.
