Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Prepare and manage reimbursement/expense reports.
  • Perform account reconciliation and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support the sales team by tracking customer orders and ensuring timely follow-up on post-sales processes.
  • Communicate with overseas colleagues (China) when needed, occasionally outside regular business hours due to time differences.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide leadership and management support for store operations.
  • Handle unexpected issues and actively seek effective solutions.
  • Assist management with administrative, financial, and sales-related tasks.
  • *Qualifications & Requirements**:
  • Education or work experience in **Finance/Accounting** is required.
  • Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online** is a strong asset.
  • Strong **multi-tasking** and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in **English** (spoken and written).
  • Must be able to communicate in **Mandarin Chinese**.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a store or team.
