Position: IT Assistant ERP Business Central

We are in need of hiring an IT Assistant specializing in ERP Business Central typically supports the implementation, maintenance, and user support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. This role involves tasks like troubleshooting, data migration, system optimization, and providing user training.

• *Key Skills and Qualifications**:

1**. Technical Proficiency**: - Strong understanding of IT systems, ERP software, Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting

2. **Networking Skills**: - Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). - Experience in setting up and configuring routers, switches, and other networking devices. - Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure smooth network operations.

3. **IT Infrastructure Management**: - Experience in firewall configuration and management to ensure network security. - Knowledge of domain configuration and management (e.g., Active Directory, user account management, group policies). - Familiarity with domain controllers and their role in managing network resources and permissions.

4. **Organizational Skills**: - Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks. - Experience in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings.

5. **Communication Skills**: - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to liaise effectively between IT teams and other departments.

6. **Problem-Solving Abilities**: - Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

7. **Educational Background** : - A degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals are a plus. - Prior experience
