We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:

Participate in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC.

Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees.

Analyze business requirements for the Lending Crew. Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of company solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.

Conduct code reviews and test software as needed to identify software problems and their causes.

Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.

Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).
