In this critical role at RemoteSubskribe, a fast-moving and fast-growing company, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and directly interface with Subscribe customers to understand their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customers' existing product catalog and historical order details. You will be required to work with customers to import this data into Subscribe. Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheets is a must for this role.

• Work directly with customers in a post-sales environment
• Deeply understand the details of customer product catalogs, order history, and other types of data
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to transform data into a format that can be imported into Subskribe
• Work with customers to fill in gaps and inaccuracies in their data
• *Qualifications:**
• 2-5 years of experience with data entry or analysis
• Ideally experience dealing with financial data
• Experience working with spreadsheets
• Great communication skills, including with end customers
• Ability to define requirements with the engineering team
• Ability to work with internally built data import tools, both command line and web interface
• Great analytical skills and the ability to transform data
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
