Campus Coordinator (Campus Logistics and Bus Driver)

Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year Position Type: Hourly

Position Overview

Tyndale Christian School is rapidly expanding and will be launching a second campus starting in the 26-27 school year. The Campus Coordinator will support the smooth daily operations of the school campus with a focus on student safety, neighborhood awareness, and logistical oversight. Primary duties include supervising morning carline, managing daily recess periods, and assisting with campus-neighborhood relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide campus and logistics oversight to ensure student safety and minimize disruptions to neighbors.
  • Oversee the daily arrival and dismissal process, ensuring carline procedures are followed efficiently and safely.
  • Assist in shuttling students between campus locations (15-passenger vehicle, no CDL required).
  • Support logistical tasks related to campus safety and outdoor activities.
  • Support efforts to maintain a respectful and cooperative presence in the surrounding area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant school or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, observant, and attentive in a dynamic school environment.
  • Strong situational awareness and an understanding of safety practices.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while following established procedures.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
