Campus Coordinator (Campus Logistics and Bus Driver)

Position Overview
Tyndale Christian School is rapidly expanding and will be launching a second campus starting in the 26-27 school year. The Campus Coordinator will support the smooth daily operations of the school campus with a focus on student safety, neighborhood awareness, and logistical oversight. Primary duties include supervising morning carline, managing daily recess periods, and assisting with campus-neighborhood relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide campus and logistics oversight to ensure student safety and minimize disruptions to neighbors.
- Oversee the daily arrival and dismissal process, ensuring carline procedures are followed efficiently and safely.
- Assist in shuttling students between campus locations (15-passenger vehicle, no CDL required).
- Support logistical tasks related to campus safety and outdoor activities.
- Support efforts to maintain a respectful and cooperative presence in the surrounding area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant school or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, observant, and attentive in a dynamic school environment.
- Strong situational awareness and an understanding of safety practices.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while following established procedures.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
