Job Responsibilities

• Pick up laundry orders from customers and deliver to vendor partners
• Collect finished orders from vendors and deliver back to customers
• Handle clothes carefully and maintain quality during transit
• Coordinate with customer support and vendor partners
• Ensure timely and professional service
• Maintain basic delivery records as required

Requirements

• Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler as applicable)
• Own vehicle preferred (Bike / Scooter)
• Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp & Maps usage)
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
• Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory
